About Me
Life is a Journey, not a Destination
Life is a journey. From the time we are born and take our first breath, we embark on this mysterious, exhilarating, and magical journey that we call life.
Every person's journey is peppered with ups and downs, highs and lows, peaks and valleys. On my own journey, I have encountered a myriad of experiences ranging from deep sorrow over the loss of a loved one, to deep ecstatic communion with the Divine. The experiences I've had on my own journey have led me to pursue a range of modalities designed to promote clarity, empowerment, connection, and joy on your life's journey.
The modalities I'm trained in range from yoga (including Kundalini, Vinyasa, and Yin), to Akashic Records Consultations, to Channeling. I also facilitate women's Pilgrimages to sacred sites around the world.
Your journey is your own; no one else can walk it for you, and no one else knows your journey as intimately as you do. Rather than tell you what to do, my services are designed to empower you to make the choices that bring you more into alignment with your own truth and inner knowing. Everything you're searching for already lies within.
